Craig Adams, a long time blogging comrade, has recently honoured me by hosting an article I wrote for his blog, Commonplace Holiness. The article was titled Should Knowledge Be Free?

In that article I argue that, while I’m personally inclined to press for free information always and forever, that may not be a good thing. I point to C.S. Lewis who, as a tutor, rejected the typical practice of “gramophone” that other Oxford tutors often did.
